01 General Provisions & Eligibility

By using the kv99.bar website and related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. kv99 reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

02 Account Registration & Account Management

To register on kv99, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited. Each person may only create one account — if multiple accounts are found sharing the same name, address, phone number, or payment method, kv99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials private. kv99 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Report any unauthorized account activity to the support team immediately. You are solely responsible for the security of your own account.

• Use a strong password (letters + numbers + symbols).
• If you log in on a public device, make sure to log out when you are done.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to our support team immediately.

03 Deposit & Payment Rules

Kv99 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Deposits are generally credited instantly; if there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

Kv99 requires that deposits be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

04 Withdraw & Payout Policy

To withdraw from kv99, your account's KYC verification must be complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 minutes, not including any additional processing time by your bank or mobile banking provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation.
